  • Orders placed through our website are considered confirmed only upon successful full payment and/or receipt of an official invoice issued by Daydream Desserts.

  • All online orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability at the time of payment.

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all information submitted at checkout — including product selection, size, date, time, personal details, and delivery/collection details — is accurate and complete.

  • Any errors made during checkout that affect order processing, preparation, completion, or delivery may incur additional charges, subject to Daydream Dessert’s discretion.

  • Once payment is made, order details cannot be modified except through our amendment policy outlined below.

  • All Daydream Desserts products are handmade, and slight variations in size, colour, design, and finish may occur from item to item.

  • Suggested serving sizes and measurements are approximate and may vary depending on portioning and the nature of handmade goods.

  • Photos, descriptions, and images on our website are intended to provide an approximate representation of the product. Actual items may differ slightly due to manual preparation, baking variations, or décor availability.

  • Decorative components, toppings, or garnishes may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute these elements with similar alternatives of equal or higher quality without prior notice.

  • Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed, and colours may appear differently across screens due to differences in device settings and resolutions.

  • Some products may contain food colouring, which may cause temporary staining of teeth, lips, or tongue.

  • Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after collection or delivery. We will not be liable for quality issues caused by incorrect handling or storage conditions.

self collection and delivery.

SELF COLLECTION

  • The person collecting the order must ensure that the item received matches the order details and is in satisfactory condition.

  • Once collected, the order is deemed accepted. We will not entertain disputes raised after collection, including issues regarding design, condition, or missing items.

DELIVERY

  • The recipient or courier collecting on your behalf must verify that the order matches the confirmed details and is in good condition upon receipt.

  • Once delivery is completed, any disputes raised post-delivery will not be entertained.

  • Any changes to the delivery address require three (3) working days’ notice. A fee of $30 applies if changes are made within the notice period.

  • If the recipient is uncontactable or absent upon delivery, items may be left at the doorstep with Proof of Delivery attached.
    We will not be responsible for the condition of items left unattended.
    If access to the unit is not possible (e.g., condominium restrictions), items will be returned to our facility and a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.

  • While we strive to deliver within your chosen timeslot, we cannot be held responsible for early arrivals or delays due to weather, traffic, previous deliveries, or unforeseen circumstances.

order amendments, cancellations & refunds.

We do not offer refunds once payment is confirmed. Store credits with 12-month validity will be issued where applicable. However, eligible cancellations will be issued store credits, valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than 14 days before delivery date → 100% of payment converted to store credits

  • More than 5 days before delivery date → 50% cancellation charge; remaining 50% converted to store credits

  • 3 days or less → 100% cancellation charge

AMENDMENTS
A minimum of three (3) working days’ notice is required for any changes.

  • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

NO SHOW POLICY
Orders not collected within 2 days of the scheduled date will be discarded without refund.

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: caffeine, dairy, soy, fish gelatin, eggs, nuts, and gluten.

  • Customers with allergies are advised to consume products at their own discretion.

  • For product-specific allergen information, please approach our staff in-store or contact us directly via our website or customer service channels.
